How to Use BSF Frass

Soil prep before planting: Mix 250 g per square metre (m²) into topsoil

Potting mix: Add 70–150 g per 4 litres of soil

Frass tea (liquid feed): Steep 70 g per 4 litres of water for 2–5 hours, then drench the base of plants (avoid foliage). Refrigerate leftovers for up to one week

Ongoing care: Lightly work a small scoop (~50 g) into the surface soil once a month
