📦 When do you ship live larvae?
Live BSF larvae ship Mondays and Tuesdays only to avoid weekend delays and keep transit times short. If nature causes a hiccup, we’ll notify you and ship as soon as the larvae are at their best.
📦 When do you ship dried products?
Dried larvae and other dry goods ship Monday to Friday via Parcel Post.
🚗 Can I pick up my order?
At the moment, we don’t have a physical shopfront. We operate online from home. Pickups are available, but strictly by appointment only. Our address will be shared once a day and time are confirmed.

🌿Petamor began as a little hobby alongside my day job, and thanks to the support of wonderful customers like you, it’s now growing into a small local business I truly love. Since I still juggle this with full-time work, my pickup times are a bit limited, but I’ll always do my best to make it easy for you. For larger orders (100 g or more of live larvae or dried products), please place your order online in advance to make collection quick and easy.
🐛 What if I want larvae late in the week?
We aim to use all larvae by week’s end to avoid waste. On Thursdays/Fridays, available larvae may be younger (smaller). If you’re happy with that, we’re happy to supply them.
🧾 What if something is missing, damaged, or arrives deceased (DOA)?
If anything in your order is missing, damaged, or deceased on arrival, please email Petamor.jolie@gmail.com with your order number, details of your claim, and photos within 24 hours of receiving your order. We’ll review your claim promptly and make it right.
💳 Are shipping and handling fees refundable?
Please note that postage and handling charges are non-refundable.
