At Petamor, we want every customer to feel confident when ordering with us. If your order arrives defective, damaged, or in poor condition, we’ll work with you to make it right.
Damaged or defective items

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with clear photos and details of the issue.

We will either refund your original delivery charge or cover the cost of sending a replacement product.
Live larvae
Due to their perishable nature, live larvae cannot be returned. If they arrive deceased (DOA), please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos so we can review and assist.
Change of mind
We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges if you simply change your mind or no longer want the product.
