Storage Recommendation:

• Oven-Roasted BSFL Store in the sealed pouch in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight
• Reseal the pouch tightly after opening to keep the larvae fresh and crunchy
• Avoid moisture and heat. Refrigeration is optional to extend shelf life
• Do not use if the product develops an off smell, mould, or becomes soggy

Nutritional profile: 

• 35 - 45% protein
• 5 - 8% calcium (40 - 50 times more than mealworms)
• Phosphorus: 0.6–1.5% with Ca:P ratio: often 8–12 : 1 (excellent for reptiles, birds, breeding insects)
• Also contains: Magnesium, Potassium, Iron, and Zinc (This is why BSFL are famous as a natural calcium source)
