When ordering Live BSF larvae, shipping may appear as Standard Post, but we will always send them via Express to protect them from heat.
To get a better value on shipping fee, we recommend ordering a total order of $30+ or $50+ (and enjoy free shipping at $120+).

Live BSF larvae are shipped Mondays and Tuesdays only to keep them healthy and prevent weekend delays. Dried goods are sent Monday to Friday.
If your order arrives damaged, missing items, or with deceased larvae, please contact us within 24 hours with photos and details — we’ll review and make it right as soon as possible.
